We offer five different commercial loan products:

Full Document Commercial Loans - 90% is the maximum we will lend 100%
with an SBA or Insurance guarantee. Our minimum credit score varies however
we do not allow any prior history of BK on our Full Document commercial loan
product. Loan amounts from $400,000 to $150,500,000. See credit repair
services to remove derogatory reporting in 30 days.

Stated Income Commercial Loans – We offer hard money loans through
our Trusted commercial direct partners up to 60% of the
property value. There are no minimum credit scores; BK and foreclosure
situations are accepted on a case by case basis. Loan amounts from $50,000
to $50,000,000.

SBA 504 Commercial Loans – 90% is the maximum combined loan to
value between our commercial loan and the SBA debenture. Loan amounts
from $500,000 to $7,200,000

Lines of Credit from $100,000 - $500,000, easy terms, Start ups ok.

Joint Venture programs – 90% is the maximum we will lend. No
minimum set credit score. Funding amounts from $1mm to $500,000,000.
